Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LeadAIvisor, operated by Hello Thesa LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What the service does

LeadAIvisor is a trained assistant that helps you build Facebook lead-generation ads. It drafts ad copy, generates creative, builds lead forms, and can create campaigns on your connected Facebook ad account. Everything it creates on Facebook is created paused. The app does not spend money or set any ad live on its own; going live is an action only you can take, on Facebook.

Your account and your Facebook assets

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. When you connect Facebook, you authorize the app to act on the Pages and ad accounts you grant it, solely to provide the features you use. You keep full ownership and control of your Facebook Pages, ad accounts, and ad spend. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting in the app or in your Facebook settings.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of the ads you build and for following Meta's advertising policies and all laws that apply to your business and your advertising. You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or in violation of Meta's terms.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular advertising result, lead volume, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Hello Thesa LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Hello Thesa LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
